This procedure is performed under spinal or general anesthesia and flexible ureteroscopy is done to reach the kidney stone and laser is used to vaporize the stone.

One day of hospital stay is enough and patient can resume normal work after 3 days. This treatment gives very high stone clearance rate.

This is a minimally invasive procedure used to reach any part of kidney (Pelvicalecial system) through the urinary passage and to diagnose and treat small kidney tumors or stones.

This procedure also is done under spinal or general anesthesia and needs only one day of hospital stay and can resume work with in 3 days.

This procedure is done under general anesthesia. A small keyhole is made in the back of the patient to reach the kidney stone and large stones > 3 cm are broken into small pieces and removed.

These procedure needs 4-5 days of hospital stay an can resume normal work after 4 weeks.

This method is used to treat stones up to 1.5 cm. This is a day care procedure and doesn’t need admission or anesthesia.

The patient is made to lie down on a couch and the shock waves are focused to the kidney stones and the stones are fragmented and allowed to pass out in the urine.

The disadvantage of this procedure is that this may need multiple sittings at an interval of 1-2 weeks to clear the stones.
